These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flaunt, operated by Gavin Piggot ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Flaunt you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Flaunt does
Flaunt is a mobile application that helps tradespeople and trade businesses create branded social media content using photos, AI-generated captions, and customisable templates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flaunt. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are using Flaunt on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms on that business's behalf.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at contact@useflaunt.com.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Flaunt offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. All payments are processed by RevenueCat on our behalf.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings.
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
5. Free usage
Flaunt allows one free post creation without an account. Further use requires sign-in and an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify free usage limits at any time.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all photos, logos, and business information you upload to Flaunt. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
7. AI-generated content
Flaunt uses OpenAI to generate captions and post copy. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing it.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Flaunt for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the app
Use Flaunt to spam or send unsolicited communications
Interfere with the security or integrity of the app or its infrastructure
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in Flaunt — including the app, design, templates, and branding — belongs to Gavin Piggot trading as Flaunt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the app as intended.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Flaunt available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Flaunt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gavin Piggot trading as Flaunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer residing in another jurisdiction, you may also be entitled to the protections of your local consumer protection laws, which will apply in addition to or instead of these Terms where required by law.
Users in the United States should note that certain state laws, including California consumer protection laws, may apply to their use of Flaunt. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable local law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of Flaunt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
